• Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

• Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at jkotziamani@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.

• Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item(s) received were damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item(s) reach us safely.

• Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their condition and eligibility for a refund.
  • If the item(s) meet the refund criteria, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 5 working days.

• Refund Amount:

  • The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping charges.
  • In case of free shipping on the original order, the refund will be the purchase price minus the actual shipping cost incurred by us.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If the item(s) you received were damaged during shipping or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item(s) to process your request promptly.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged or incorrect items.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Some items, such as personalized or custom-made art, may not be eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process mentioned above.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2/3 working days.

• Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom and may extend our services to international destinations in the future.

• Order Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may vary, and we appreciate your understanding.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary depending on the selected shipping method, destination, and the weight/size of the package. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Tracking Information: For all shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package during transit.

• Delivery Attempts: If you are not available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the UK Post Office will make reasonable attempts to deliver it. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, they may leave a collection slip or attempt redelivery based on their policies.

• Undeliverable Packages: In rare cases where the package is deemed undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient refusal, etc.), it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a reshipment, subject to additional shipping fees.
